New Federal Definition of Rape

On Friday, Attorney General Eric Holder announced that the Uniform Crime Reports (UCR) now has an updated definition of rape (which is more accurate, broader and no longer limited to just women). The “definition of rape” has not been updated for nearly 85 years, so this is a huge step forward for our field.
